1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Hagenbuch Services LLC website and booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Hagenbuch Services LLC provides exterior cleaning and lawn care services in and around Mt. Pulaski, IL. Service availability is subject to the service area radius configured by our team. Booking a quote does not guarantee service — a representative will confirm details before any work begins.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and booking services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

4. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a time slot is booked it is held exclusively for you. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if we are unable to reach you prior to the service date. In that case, the time slot will be released back to general availability.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can make the slot available to other customers.

5. Payments

Invoices are issued after a quote is confirmed. Payment is accepted via credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, or check by mail. Referral bonus credits may be applied toward invoice balances at checkout. Prices are quoted in US dollars.

Check payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may result in a service hold on your account.

6. Referral Program

Our referral program awards bonus credits to both the referring user and the newly registered user when a valid referral code is used at sign-up. Bonus amounts are set by administration and may change at any time. Bonuses have no cash value and may only be applied toward invoice payments. We reserve the right to revoke bonuses if we determine they were obtained through abuse of the referral system.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hagenbuch Services LLC is not liable for damages arising from missed appointments, weather delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Logan County, Illinois.
