When you create an account or book a service, we collect your name, email address, and the service address you provide for scheduling. When you make a payment, payment processing is handled by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store your full card number or bank details.
We also collect usage data through standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to help us maintain and improve the site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and fulfill service appointments
- To send booking confirmations and invoices to your email
- To process payments through our payment partners
- To manage referral bonuses and account credits
- To respond to your questions or support requests
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting
- Stripe — credit and debit card payment processing
- PayPal — PayPal payment processing
- Google / Facebook — optional single sign-on (only if you choose OAuth login)
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — address geocoding for service area validation
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or financial compliance.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies solely to keep you logged in between page visits. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to the database is protected by Row Level Security policies that restrict each user to their own data.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us at the email below.
