User Data Deletion Instructions

Hagenbuch Services LLC respects your right to control your personal data. If you have created an account with us — including by signing in with Google or Facebook — you may request that we permanently delete the personal information associated with your account at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your service addresses and booking history
- Your invoices and payment records (except where we are legally required to retain financial records)
- Your referral code, referral history, and bonus balance
- Any account login credentials and third-party (Google/Facebook) sign-in associations
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to contact@hagenbuch-services.com using the template below. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, then send you a confirmation once your data has been removed.
